Benefits to agents:
1. JRZ can take on multiple properties, but a normal tenant will only take on one property
2. JRZ can take on poor-quality properties and refurb them to make them work for a company
3. JRZ will ensure you keep your management and receive passive management fees each month for the next 5 years.
4. JRZ will pay you a company let fee of £500 per property
5. JRZ will organise all the repairs and certificate renewals for you, all you need to do is check you received the rent every 1st of the month
